Hi I’m Nicole,

I provide people with adrenal support for chronic stress through simple and sustainable nutrition and lifestyle changes.

Chronic stress can be crippling.  The times I have suffered from chronic stress I experienced brain fog, anxiety, migraines, insomnia, and a general sense of unease throughout my entire body. 

Knowing that chronic stress is one of the root causes of so many chronic diseases, weight gain, fatigue, and more, combined with my personal higher probability of getting breast cancer, I knew I had to take charge of my present and future health.

By obtaining my Masters in Clinical Nutrition from Maryland University of Integrative Health  and becoming a Certified Yoga Therapist through Inner Peace Yoga Therapy, an IAYT accredited program, I developed stress management tools for my personal use as well as to empower others. 

Now I don't allow stress to become chronic and consume me.  With these tools I am able to maintain focus,  balance, health, and happiness.
